The soul has 3 garments: Every soul possess these 3
Soul garments are instant, they can be wear right away, when we want. How long does it take?? Only a few minutes, yet garments have a tremendous affect: this are thought, speech and deed. They can be put on and taken off at will. For the garments soul, a righteous one, these are the 613 commandments.
When man fulfills a DEED, etc. Thus, such garment becomes a vessel for the godly soul.
SPEECH: Torah study should always be verbalized, also prayer, helps us with this.
THOUGHT: Then, there is thought, we should take care of thinking godly things.
When it comes to understanding of the Torah, there are different interpretations we should think about: The simple interpretation, those that are alluded, the stories behind the stories, and finally kabalah, the mystery that is behind.
Intellect and emotion are the soul power. These are the godly power of the soul, when a person allows himself to understand and to feel, meditate awe, etc, that is the expression of the power of the soul. The soul power is essential, and it takes a long time to develop. For me to understand something, it is a process, I need time, the same in order to feel something, we can not will us to feel something, it takes time.
THE TWO SOULS - THE ANIMAL AND THE JEWISH SOUL-
All of the creation was just created, but men it a whole different thing, God blew into us. This image of blowing is important, cause it could just say, God put or spoke man's soul but it read, that he blew into us from him, from his more inner being. Therefore, our soul it's even higher, but it is brain matter. Not speech, like the others, which is outer, but from God's inner. That's why we say, or the Torah says that "You are children unto G-d your L-rd", and what's more not just any son but You are my first born son.
According to the Rebbe, we originate from God's thought, not with utterance like the others creations., which like we say before it's external.
We are only creation but we are also children of G-d. we do not always are born from the thought but also from the heart.
God is wise beyond our understanding. The Rambam explains that God and his wisdom are one. Wow Jesus is the wisdom of God. God is One, there is nothing outside of him, He is the one who knows, he is the faculty and he is the subject of study as well.
The greatest tzadik come from the highest part of the body of souls, the BODY. There are all kinds of souls, rooted at different levels. Which kind of souls are we?? We don't know, in every generation there are different kinds of souls, leaders, toe nails, etc, simple people. Not everyone can be a tzdik?? Imagine the soul of the great rabbis, our patriarchs. What about the new covenant,
According to the Rebbe, the latter souls are like the very soles of the feet in comparison with the brain and the head, preceding the coming of the Messiah! (We are the heals of Messiha) wow, that's why it's all going from worst to worst, as Jesus said.
There are various levels within a soul (5 parts):
- That which we do, that energy of the soul that energizes the action of man. NEFESH
- that which energizes the feeling, the emotion. RUAH
- that which energizes the intellect, the highest part. NESHAMAH
- that which energizes the

They are all rooted in G-d's intellect, up from the highest up until the lowest.
According to the Jewish thought: wisdom, understanding, and knowledge respectively, are the triad of Sefirot which represent Divine intellect, of the world of Atzilut Emanation.
